Due to the fact that all items are handmade to pre - order, we urge all our customers to check our sizing guide prior to purchasing.

Shipping
All our products are handmade and pre-ordering allows you to secure your item while it's still in production. Because each item is handmade, production usually takes 1-2 weeks.
Once completed, we’ll ship your order, and you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number.
If your order amount exceeds 250 Euro standard shipping will be free.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Manufacturing
To ensure your SERENE items stay beautiful and last for years, please follow these care instructions:
- Handwash Only: Our handmade pieces are delicate and should be handwashed with cold water. Avoid machine washing to preserve the quality.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Use mild detergent, and avoid bleach or any harsh chemicals that could damage the material
- Dry Flat: After washing, gently squeeze out excess water and lay the item flat to dry. Do not wring or twist, as this may affect the shape and quality.

This long-lasting handmade design also promotes a more sustainable wardrobe by reducing the need for multiple pieces.
