Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 April 2026

OVERVIEW

Welcome to Serenē (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and online store, including all related services, content, features, and products (the “Services”).

Our Services are powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce infrastructure that enables us to sell products to you.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy [LINK]. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our Services.

To place an order, you may be required to provide accurate personal information such as your name, billing address, delivery address, email, and payment details. You confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity carried out under it. You must not transfer or share your account with others.

PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device and screen settings.

All products are subject to availability. We may update, modify, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products.

A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order (for example, by sending an order confirmation email or dispatch confirmation).

We may refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.

If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders already confirmed.

Prices may exclude taxes, shipping, and import duties unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information. By placing an order, you authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge the full amount of your order.

We use secure third-party payment providers and do not store full card details.

DELIVERY AND RISK

We aim to deliver orders within estimated timeframes; however, delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Once your order has been delivered to you (or to your nominated delivery address), responsibility for the goods passes to you.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
