Refund & Returns Policy

 

At Serene, each piece is created with care and intention. As we offer both standard collections and bespoke “Made for You” designs, our returns policy differs depending on the type of item purchased.

Standard Collection

For items from our standard collection, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To request a return, please contact us at contact@sereneatelier.co.uk within this period.

Returned items should be:

      Unworn

      Unused

      With tags

Items should be returned in their original condition. You may handle and inspect your item as you would in a boutique; however, we may reduce the refund if the item shows signs of excessive handling.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed accordingly.

Made for You (Bespoke Pieces)

Our “Made for You” pieces are created to your specifications - whether through custom sizing, fabric or colour selections, or fully bespoke designs.

As these items are made for you, they are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies as bespoke, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as expected, please contact us at contact@sereneatelier.co.uk.

We will resolve this promptly, offering a refund, repair, or replacement in line with UK consumer law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would prefer a different item, we invite you to place a new order.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before purchasing, particularly for bespoke pieces.
