At Serene Atelier, each piece is thoughtfully handmade to order. By placing a pre-order, you
are securing an item created specifically for you.
Pre-Orders & Production Time
All our products are handmade and produced on a pre-order basis.
This means your item is crafted individually rather than held in stock.
● Production time: typically 2–3 weeks
● Production times may vary depending on demand and the specific item
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this production timeframe before dispatch.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Once your item has been completed, it will be prepared and dispatched.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been
shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are not included in product prices.
The final shipping cost depends on:
● Delivery destination
● Order size and weight
● The specific item(s) ordered
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and begin after production has been
completed and your order has been dispatched.
Estimated shipping times:
● United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
● Europe: 5–10 business days
● International: 7–15 business days
Total delivery time = production time (2–3 weeks) + shipping time
We aim to deliver all orders within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If you do not receive tracking details within a few days of dispatch, please contact us at

Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Damaged Items
We are responsible for your order until it has been delivered to the address provided at
checkout.
If your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will resolve the
issue in line with your statutory rights.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your
country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
